Nuala Carr


Nuala Carr is a native of Donegal, Ireland. She is currently undertaking a PhD, through the INTERREG funded Bryden Centre for Advanced Marine and Bio-Energy Research. Nuala previously worked as an Environmental Scientist with engineering consultants, having received a Diploma in EIA/SEA Management from UCD, a Master of Research and BSc undergraduate degree, specialising in Ecology, from University of Ulster, Coleraine. Nuala proposes to explore coastal community attitudes to the provision of community benefit funds from offshore wind energy developments in Co. Wicklow, Ireland, using Q-Methodology.
